Installed this fan and it works GREAT! Cools house quickly and quietly! You can feel the air moving in the house as it cool down. Recommend this fan to all clients with heat issues in summer. I installed 8 hour timer and hi/low switch. That is the way to go!

If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Saved A Lot Of Money Oct 26, 2016

AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. New project will be a whole house fan system which they also sell.

Replaced a 22 year old Triangle tube heater with the Smart 40. My furnace hardly ever runs to keep my hot water hot unless I am using it. Really holds the heat. I have had it installed about a month now and I think it was a great purchase. A little expensive, but if it last as long as my last one, I'll be happy.

January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.
