- this one is working great now after I fixed it out of the box. It would have been nice to have had fire up immediate right after install. But no it would not lite. It was not getting gas to the pilot light due to the supply line from the gas cock was to tight from being stretched to far to left of the gas cock thus by moving it over a row in the burner line up the tension of the gas supply to the pilot opened enough to allow the pilot to lite. Purchased with a new furnace. Installation was easy great instructions, very easy setup. Really great that the family can program the ecobee for time away from the house, vacations, sleep or just bump the heat up or down from your smart phone or tablet.
