The first one I bought was for my Business to handle Domestic Hot-water (via Heat exchange and snow melt operations) Units has been up and running for 2 years with short run cycles from 7-15 Mins.... The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up.
