AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. Having some mechanical ability I decided to purchase and install a new unit myself. eComfort guided me through the whole system and the new unit was shipped to Calif. in just a few days. Had new unit installed in two days and had a licensed AC Tech do my start-up. I saved almost $6000 dollars. New project will be a whole house fan system which they also sell.

I have installed these units for last one month only and they seems to be great. Very quiet units and very efficient. I have installed total 7 units and all are running fine. I think everyone should get them installed by professional installers.

If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Replacing Old Weil Mcclain With New Jun 01, 2016

Opened box well packaged, no scratches or dents. Easy to remove panels easy to install and thick paint on panels. All panels are insulated except front control panel. Digital display for internal temperature of boiler, adjustments can be made for efficiency and temperature. One difference that I have noticed is the fan is a little more noisy than the model that I removed. It's just something to get used to.
