I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. As general contractors, we take pride in our customer service. We ordered the product, it was delivered on time with no problems, the tracking was easy, and the phone reps were very helpful. This is the 3rd unit we have ordered, and all have been shipped on time and in perfect shape. The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. This is the third Mitsubishi unit I've installed at my house. These units perform quietly, efficiently and hardly cost any $$ to operate. They can be added easily to just about any room in your home. If you have underperforming or just worn out conventional AC systems, this is definitely a system to add to or replace existing AC units. Highly recommended!!
